The Process

The Property is under contract and positive progress has been made in completing due diligence on the asset. Due diligence includes legal, building, engineering, geotechnical, valuation, tenant financial strength along with a variety of market research tools. An Information Memorandum with supporting due diligence documentation estimated to be available early December 2020.

Indicative Returns

The indicative return of 6.00% has been assumed on reconciliation of the property net rentals, indicative bank funding offers and establishment fees. Multiple funding offers are currently under negotiation to ensure the best possible long term structure for the asset and return to investors.
