An Information Memorandum with supporting due diligence documentation estimated to be available early December 2020.
The indicative return of 6.00% has been assumed on reconciliation of the property net rentals, indicative bank funding offers and establishment fees. Multiple funding offers are currently under negotiation to ensure the best possible long term structure for the asset and return to investors.
