Ethical Development Fund Australia are investment managers with professional experience in financial markets, investment, portfolio management and property development. The management team has the relevant. tenure in the field to mitigate risks, strike the deals, enable the corporate and institutional buy-in and deliver the outcomes for investors.
Ethical Development Fund Australia will lend to ethical developments across the disability, social and affordable housing, medical and allied health sectors. All loans will be secured by a registered first mortgage and have take- out agreements in place with CHPs, NFPs or institutional and wholesale investors.
The Fund will be invested in mortgage-backed loans secured by Australian real estate. Loans will be made to borrowers to use for ethical focused property developments. The funds will be recycled, subject to withdrawals from the Fund, such that funds from loans that have matured and have been repaid are loaned out again.
