E+O Property Syndication Limited (E+O, General Partner or GP) is establishing a new property fund – the NZ
Daycare Properties Fund LP (Limited Partnership or LP) – which will focus on acquiring a portfolio of daycare properties. The objective of the Limited Partnership is to provide investors with a competitive return from a portfolio of daycare properties while providing diversity of tenant and location.
Drawing on our property expertise, the General Partner has identified and acquired, an Initial Property in Hamilton that meets their buying profile criteria. The GP will seek out further properties with similar characteristics and return profiles to add to the portfolio in future.
The General Partner has the property management expertise and experience to ensure tenancies within the portfolio are well managed with strategies in place to grow total property value over time.
The SIPO for the Limited Partnership will include a target distribution to investors of at least 6.25% per annum (Cash Net Pre-Tax Annual Yield on Equity).
