The Property is a newly constructed industrial facility located in the Mill Road Industrial Park, Whanganui. The property was developed by Euroclass, an Auckland based property and construction company with over 30 years’ experience developing commercial and industrial properties throughout New Zealand. The building works were completed in December 2019 and a Code of Compliance for the development has been issued. 

Investors are currently receiving distributions of 5.00% per annum. The net asset value per unit as at 30 September 2022 is $53,619.

196 investment parcels of $50,000 each ('Interests') are being offered in the Scheme. The Scheme is projected to provide a pre-tax cash return of 7.25% per annum (annualised) for the period to 31 March 2022. The cash return does not take into account any increase or decrease in the value of the Property or any other non-cash items. It also does not take tax or depreciation into account. Neither Silverfin, the Nominee nor any other person guarantees or promises these projected cash returns to Investors or any payment of returns by the Scheme. The actual returns paid could differ from the projected returns.
