Silverfin Capital Limited offered investors 334 investment parcels of $50,000 as an opportunity through a proportionate ownership scheme, to acquire a share of a beneficial interest in the land and buildings at:

  • 1 & 15/1 Spartan Road, Takanini, Auckland
  • Lot 1, Factory Road, Waharoa, Waikato

As at 31 March 2022 investors are currently receiving distributions of 8.00% per annum and will increase to 8.5% per annum at 01 June 2022 (see quarterly report dated 31 March 2022 for explanation). The net asset value per unit as at 31 March 2022 is $73,919.

The Property is subject to a long term lease of 12 years to Hall’s Refrigerated Transport Limited at 1 & 15/1 Spartan Rd and a 15 year lease to Icepak New Zealand Limited at Lot 1, Factory Rd (the tenants are together referred to as ‘Hall’s’), who operate a specialist refrigeration logistics and storage business from the properties. Both tenants are subsidiaries of Hall’s Group Limited and the leases have a parent company guarantee from Hall’s Group Limited.
