This offer is open only to investors that are “accredited investors” (as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”)) that are also “qualified purchasers” within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51)(A) of the United States Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”).

The law normally requires people who offer financial products to give information to investors before they invest. This requires those offering financial products to have disclosed information that is important for investors to make an informed decision. The usual rules do not apply to this offer if you are a person who comes within Schedule1, clause 3(2)(a)-(c) or 3(3)(a)-(b)(ii) (inclusive) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. This includes where the amount invested upfront by the investor (plus any other investments the Investor has already made in the financial products) is $750,000 or more. If you fall within Schedule 1, clause 3 of the FMCA as a result of this exclusion, you may not receive a complete and balanced set of information. You will also have fewer other legal protections for this investment. Investments of this kind are not suitable for retail investors. Ask questions, read all documents carefully, and seek independent financial advice before committing yourself.

A new opportunity has become available to access Blue Origin, Jeff Bezos' privately held aerospace company, reportedly at a pre-money valuation at aproximately of $138.45 billion (closed July 2026, led by Coatue Management).

Blue Origin is evolving from Jeff Bezos’ privately funded space venture into a vertically integrated space infrastructure business, spanning heavy-lift launch, propulsion, lunar transportation, orbital logistics, and communications. Blue Origin is building an ecosystem, its core programs include:

  • New Glenn - a reusable orbital launch vehicle capable of carrying 45 metric tons to low Earth orbit, with a first stage designed for 25+ flights and a 7-metre fairing offering roughly double the payload volume of conventional 5-metre fairings.
  • Blue Moon - the company's lunar cargo and human landing system, developed under a $3.4 billion NASA Human Landing System contract — making Blue Origin one of NASA's two primary commercial lunar lander providers, alongside SpaceX.
  • BE-4 - Blue Origin's heavy-lift rocket engine, supplying its own launches as a standalone propulsion business.
  • Blue Ring- an orbital spacecraft platform for transporting, hosting, and servicing payloads in space.
  • TeraWave - Emerging communications infrastructure, including the Quartz ground-station network.

NASA selected Blue Origin for a $3.4 billion Human Landing System contract, beyond the HLS contract, Blue Origin has received additional NASA funding for lunar cargo work and, in May 2026, secured a U.S. Space Force launch task order supporting a National Reconnaissance Office mission - an early signal of traction in national-security launch, a market historically dominated by SpaceX and United Launch Alliance.

This is a long-duration, pre-revenue-at-scale opportunity, suited to investors with genuine risk appetite and a long time horizon, seeking exposure to the long-term growth of the commercial space sector.

This opportunity is being made available through our US-based partner, who has previously brought wholesale investors access to pre-IPO positions in Anthropic, Cerebras, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, Figure AI, Palantir, Polymarket, Kalshi and Airbnb.
