The background - In 2014 three smart minds came together to solve illiquidity specific to the commercial property sector. In 2015 Mike Jenkins joined as a key investor, bringing a combined strength in knowledge of capital markets and software development. He recognised immediately a broader vision and sought to solve the issues that limited the private market from its true potential, and eliminate the frustrations and risk that private market investors faced.
At the heart of the solution was the need to bring digital tools to support all involved. By 2015 an end-to-end platform that served the investor and the Issuer, and overcame these private market limitations, was selling to clients.
By 2018 they had $2 billion under management and the rest is history.
