This offer is open only to investors that are “accredited investors” (as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”)) that are also “qualified purchasers” within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51)(A) of the United States Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”).

Figure AI - one of the most closely-watched technology companies in the world right now, is building the foundational infrastructure for the next era of physical work.

Figure AI was founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur Brett Adcock - who previously founded Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR) - and has developed three generations of autonomous, general-purpose humanoid robots designed to perform physical work in factories, warehouses, logistics environments, and, ultimately, homes. At the heart of its technology is Helix, a proprietary embodied AI platform combining vision, reasoning, language understanding, and robot control. Unlike many robotics companies focused primarily on hardware, Figure's emphasis on AI-driven autonomy is what distinguishes it commercially.

Figure has completed a live deployment at BMW's Spartanburg manufacturing facility - the world's highest-volume BMW plant - logging more than 1,250 runtime hours, loading over 90,000 parts, and contributing to more than 30,000 vehicles in production. Robots are operating 10-hour daily shifts, with the reliability learnings from that deployment carried directly into the Figure 03 design. Most recently, Figure's BotQ manufacturing facility in California has scaled production from one robot per day to one robot per hour - a 24-fold increase achieved in under four months - with over 350 units delivered to date and an initial annual production capacity of 12,000 robots.

The business is pursuing a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model - monthly subscriptions per robot covering hardware, software updates, maintenance, and support, at approximately $1,000 per robot per month. At Figure's stated target of 200,000 deployed robots by 2029, this points to a potential multi-billion dollar recurring revenue base.

Figure completed its Series C in September 2025 at a $39 billion valuation - a 15x increase from its February 2024 Series B valuation of $2.6 billion. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital with participation from NVIDIA, Microsoft, OpenAI, Jeff Bezos (Bezos Expeditions), Qualcomm, Salesforce, Intel Capital, Brookfield Asset Management, and others. Goldman Sachs projects the humanoid robotics market will reach $38 billion by 2035; Morgan Stanley's longer-range view puts the full ecosystem at $5 trillion by 2050.

This opportunity is being made available through our US-based partner who has previously brought our wholesale investors access to pre-IPO positions in Anthropic, Anduril, Airbnb, SpaceX, and xAI.
