This offer is open only to investors that are “accredited investors” (as defined in Rule 501(a) of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”)) that are also “qualified purchasers” within the meaning of Section 2(a)(51)(A) of the United States Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”).

The law normally requires people who offer financial products to give information to investors before they invest. This requires those offering financial products to have disclosed information that is important for investors to make an informed decision. The usual rules do not apply to this offer if you are a person who comes within Schedule1, clause 3(2)(a)-(c) or 3(3)(a)-(b)(ii) (inclusive) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. This includes where the amount invested upfront by the investor (plus any other investments the Investor has already made in the financial products) is $750,000 or more. If you fall within Schedule 1, clause 3 of the FMCA as a result of this exclusion, you may not receive a complete and balanced set of information. You will also have fewer other legal protections for this investment. Investments of this kind are not suitable for retail investors. Ask questions, read all documents carefully, and seek independent financial advice before committing yourself.

Prometheus - Jeff Bezos' $41 billion industrial AI venture - is one of the most closely watched and capital-backed private companies in the world right now, building what its founders call an "artificial general engineer" for the physical world.

Founded in late 2024 by Jeff Bezos and Vik Bajaj - a former Google X executive with a background in physics, chemistry and biotech - Prometheus is developing next-generation AI-powered design tools for engineering physical objects. Bezos, who serves as co-CEO in his first operating role since stepping down from Amazon in 2021, has described the company as "a very, very modern version" of CAD (computer-aided design), built to dramatically compress the design-to-build loop for hardware, engineering and manufacturing. Unlike much of the AI sector, Prometheus is explicitly not a robotics company - Bezos has been direct in correcting that characterisation, framing the business instead around the tools and systems that let companies design and iterate on physical products, from jet engines to computers, far faster than is possible today.

The company has scaled quickly and quietly. It launched in November 2025 with $6.2 billion in initial funding, and closed a $12 billion Series B in June 2026 at a valuation of roughly $41 billion - one of the largest single funding rounds ever raised by a young AI company. Investors in this round include JPMorgan, BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, DST Global and Arch Venture Partners, with Bezos himself understood to be the largest backer across both rounds. Prometheus has recruited roughly 150 employees from OpenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta, Nvidia and xAI, operating out of San Francisco with teams in London and Zurich.

Bezos has also flagged a related ambition: raising as much as $100 billion for an affiliated fund to acquire and modernise manufacturing companies - a strategy aimed at solving one of physical AI's hardest problems, namely that there's no scrapable "internet of manufacturing data" to train on. Owning the factories may be the fastest way to generate it.

Prometheus operates with no corporate ties to Amazon or Blue Origin, and the co-CEOs have so far declined to give a public product timeline, saying only that early rollouts are coming.

This opportunity is being made available through our US-based partner, who has previously brought our wholesale investors access to pre-IPO positions in Anthropic, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, Figure AI, Polymarket, Kalshi and Airbnb.
