New Zealand’s poultry industry is headed for exciting times.
Chicken is now our most consumed source of protein. New Zealand chicken consumption has increased steadily since 2008, and current trends suggest production may overtake lamb by 2040.
The MyFarm Poultry Fund is a unique opportunity to invest in a portfolio of poultry production assets forecast to deliver monthly income distributions of 8.3% p.a.*
This is an investment in commercial property and modern infrastructure supporting New Zealand’s largest poultry producers.
MyFarm Poultry Fund – a solid Investment in the Future of Protein.
- An established portfolio - four income-producing properties across Canterbury and Taranaki leased to Tegel Foods, with a fifth property due to settle in mid-November 2026.
- The capital raise will help fund additional poultry production properties in Central Waikato.
- The portfolio is forecast to generate monthly distributions of 8.3% p.a.*
- Scale, operating model, and geographic diversification. The completed capital raise and acquisitions will increase the portfolio of properties, which will be spread across three provinces.
This offer closes 5pm, 8th December 2026 and is only available for wholesale investors.
Why we like the Poultry Sector
- The industry is growing. Our poultry market is controlled by a small number of large producers who require more than 20,000m2 of extra shed capacity each year to keep up with production demand.
- Poultry is a protected industry. New Zealand’s strict biosecurity regulations prevent imports to shield our domestic market from low-cost/low-quality competition.
- Diverse income sources. Infrastructure assets leased to our major processing partners deliver almost 100% fixed income, while operating agreements provide exposure to the upside of poultry production. Annual lease adjustments and rent reviews can offset rising interest rates and inflation to make a compelling case for an investment that holds up through economic cycles.
This is a steady income investment opportunity in an industry we believe has a bright future
