Korokipo Apple Limited Partnership operates two apple growing orchards in Hawke's Bay with a total planted area of 38.84 canopy hectares. Plantings consist of DazzleTM, Pacific Queen, Galaxy, Fuji, Lady in Red and Granny Smith. The owned Fernhill orchard was impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle in February 2023 and has 7.01 canopy hectares of land that is not currently planted. The leased Springwood orchard has 4.67 canopy hectares of bare land following the removal of older, low producing trees. A replanting plan is in place for both orchards. We highly recommend prospective purchasers read and understand the Quarterly Reports and Financial Statements before committing to a purchase of Units. These documents can be found under the 'Documents' tab to the reader's left. This is also where you will find the Information Memorandums relating to the establishment of this Limited Partnership and the annual Financial Statements are made available to prospective purchasers.
