· Two Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc vineyards Kowhai (18.3 hectares) and Walkers (27.7 hectares) totalling 46 canopy hectares of quality, recently developed vineyards.
· Initial lease period of 15 years – with two rights of renewal of five years each.
· In addition to forecast cash distributions, there is the potential of capital growth as the developing vineyards mature.
· Vineyards set up by lessee to a high standard with brand-new infrastructure and water storage.
