The MyFarm KiwiFruit Fund provides an opportunity for wholesale investors to invest in a large-scale diversified portfolio of established SunGold kiwifruit orchards and Zespri shares, targeting a long-term total return of 10% p.a.¹

Having achieved a total return of 12.8% p.a. in the 2025 financial year and also significantly exceeded its target total return this year², the Fund is looking to continue its growth trajectory and is now open to investment from Wholesale Investors.

As an investor, you have an ownership stake in productive land that is already generating capital growth and healthy cash returns. You are also a shareholder in Zespri, the world’s largest kiwifruit marketer.

The current Offer provides a particularly attractive entry point: an opportunity to access Units below the new Unit issue price, backed by forecast cash distributions of 7.5–8.5 cents per Unit for the coming financial year³.

Stage One of the offer closes at 5pm, 30^th July 2026 and is open to Wholesale Investors⁴. It is not suitable for Retail Investors.

Introduction to the MyFarm KiwiFruit Fund:

With a combined asset value of $270 million, MyFarm KiwiFruit Fund is one of New Zealand’s largest investments in kiwifruit production. Investors in the Fund will share in the ownership of 18 orchards (168 hectares) located across Bay of Plenty and Northland and planted almost exclusively (98%) in SunGold⁵. The Fund has ambitions to continue to build on its position as one of Zespri's largest shareholders – with an aim to invest up to 15% of its assets in these historically-lucrative shares.

The kiwifruit industry is undoubtedly one of New Zealand’s best export success stories. Export revenues are expected to reach $NZD4.8 billion⁶, making kiwifruit New Zealand’s fourth largest-primary sector export. Zespri has successfully built a brand that consumers are willing to pay more for, with export value growth far outstripping volume growth. At just 1% of the global fruit market⁷, there is significant room to expand as global demand for nutritious, premium fruit continues to rise. SunGold is New Zealand’s most productive, most profitable kiwifruit variety – providing the potential for high grower returns.

By virtue of its size, one of the Fund’s standout features is its eligibility and capability to take a significant shareholding in Zespri – the world’s largest marketer of kiwifruit. Only growers can invest in these shares, which have a track record of paying gross dividends in the range of 15-20% p.a.

The MyFarm KiwiFruit Fund is an Acceptable Managed Fund for Active Investor Plus Visa applicants⁴.

Investment Highlights:

• An investment in a portfolio of 18 SunGold kiwifruit orchards located in Bay of Plenty and Northland and a significant holding of Zespri shares (ZGL).
• Targeted total return, including capital growth, of 10% p.a.¹ over the long-term. In its first financial year (FY25), the Fund produced a total return of 12.8% p.a. (including a cash distribution of 4.5 cents per Unit). In FY26, the Fund has significantly outperformed its total return target² and delivered cash distributions of 6.1 cents per Unit.
• Targeted annual cash distributions of 6-9% p.a.¹
• Cash returns will be driven by orchard profitability, lease payments and income from shares in Zespri Group Limited.
• The Fund provides a range of liquidity options: Investors successfully traded over 5.5 million Units in the 12 months to 31st May 2026.
• Available to wholesale investors only.

• Access to multiple revenue streams: orchard income and dividends from Zespri shares. The Fund aims to invest up to 15% of its total asset value in Zespri shares.  As of today, the Fund already owns 3.66 million shares, making it one of Zespri’s largest shareholders.
• Potential to provide consistent returns. Geographic diversification means capital expenditure costs are spread across a bigger base – as are the risks from weather and other one-off events.
• Economies of scale. Reduced costs, including financing and overheads, due to the scale of the Fund.
