This fund supports New Zealand’s largest multi-unit home builder, Wolfbrook Residential, ensuring robust underlying asset backing and profitable operations. Investor funds are secured against more than $450 million in assets, within the guaranteeing group, with a conservative debt-to-asset ratio of less than 55%, reflecting the Group’s commitment to responsible financial management.

  • PIE Fund: As a registered PIE fund, tax is capped at 28%, offering tax efficiency for investors in higher income brackets. For a taxpayer with a 39% marginal rate, the net tax-equivalent return is 11.8% per annum.
  • Minimum Investment Requirement: A minimum commitment of $100,000 is required, with allocations accepted for all amounts above this threshold.
