The Desi Place Limited Partnership (‘The LP’) is a commercial property syndicate owning industrial land and buildings at 330 – 344 Port Hills Road, Hillsborough, Christchurch.

The property comprises seven warehouses across three separate leases, with all leased to leading South Island transport and distribution business Hilton Haulage. The LP purchased the property in June 2019 for $30.5m. A seventh warehouse was constructed at a cost of $7.0m and completed in May 2020.

The most recent registered valuation (March 2022) for the Property is $47m. The Weighted Average Lease Term is 8.8 years.

Pre-tax cash distributions of 6.0% p.a. are paid monthly.
